Member since 1980

Warren is the owner of Dibell & Associates Insurance Specialist, Inc. He joined the Power Squadron in Ashtabula, OH where he instructed Boat Safety and was Administrative Officer before moving to FL.

He was a licensed Coast Guard Captain delivering new boats on the Great Lakes. Thus having lived on or near the water most of his life he is an avid and skilled boater.

Ann originally joined the Power Squadron in 1978 in Lansing, Michigan as a family member. In 1999 she became Editor of the Bearing and continued that job for approximately 6 years.

She is retired from the State of Michigan, Legislative Department. She and her husband (P/C) have been avid boaters for 30 years, traveling and delivering boats from Florida to Michigan including a year living aboard while making the Great Circle.

Ren is a winter resident of Anna Maria Island  and summers on beautiful shores of the Chesapeake Bay.  He is a retired sales manager of steel products and is an Associate member of the Cambridge Sail and Power Squadron, Cambridge, MD & served as AO and XO and presently Boating Activities Chair. 

His interest is sailing on his 40' sloop "Magic" from Maryland to Florida and Maryland to British Virgins and raced for over 20 years.  He enjoys teaching boating and boating safety.
